Welcome ... since 1973 our festival has been held annually on the first weekend in June, in the Village of Streetsville, Mississauga, Ontario.

2013 Bread and Honey Festival fun begins on Friday, May 31st and runs through to Sunday, June 2nd. See you there!

Where's the best location for fun festivities for the whole family? Come join us at the 41st Annual Streetsville Founders' Bread & Honey Festival.

This year we will be celebrating a Homecoming Theme-- a place for old friends to reunite and make new ones. Don't miss our talented line-up of live performers for children and adults, alike, a wide selection of carnival rides, games and hands-on educational demonstrations for the whole family... and of course, FREE Bread and Honey.

Be sure to join us on Saturday morning for our highly enjoyed, village-wide Parade and on Sunday, we will once again be hosting the Rotary Pancake Breakfast! This year we will be introducing an "Event App" for your phone so be sure to download it and make the Bread and Honey Festival even more interactive!

PARADE - ROAD CLOSURE NOTICE -

Dear Residents & Businesses in the Streetsville Area,

On Saturday, June 1st, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. the Streetsville Bread and Honey Committee will be hosting the Bread and Honey Parade.

Please note the following:

1. Queen Street South from Britannia Road to Erin Centre Blvd. will be closed for the parade. Time will be from 9:00a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

2. The eastbound and westbound lanes of Britannia Road from Erin MillsParkway to Mississauga Road will be closed from 9:00am to 12:00 midnight

3. There will be no parking on Joymar Drive, Pioneer Drive and Turney Drive during these time periods.

4. Old Station Road will be closed from 9:00pm to 12:00pm to allow bands and walking groups to disperse into the GO Station Parking Lot.

We apologize for any inconvenience this will cause and hope that you, your family & friends enjoy the parade.

Eden Community Food Bank will have drop-off bins during the parade Saturday morning near Second Cup and also at the arena entrance and at the community table for Eden Community Food Bank in the upper lot.
Donations of non-perishable food are welcome.
